What Is Roadside Truck and Trailer Repair?
Roadside repair means a technician comes to your truck or trailer and fixes the problem where it is stopped, instead of you paying for a tow to a shop. For many common failures, such as a blown tire, an air leak, a dead battery, a bad starter or alternator, a trailer light out or a DEF fault, that is faster and cheaper than towing. We don’t provide towing ourselves, so when we say we can fix it on the spot, we mean it.
Not every breakdown is a roadside job. If yours needs the bay, we’ll say so on the phone, before anyone drives out. Either way, you’ll get a straight answer about what’s wrong and what to expect.
Our Story
Roadside Help From a Shop That Knows Dallas Trucking
Drivers hauling through Dallas rarely break down somewhere convenient. It’s the shoulder of I-35E, a yard off I-30, a dock in the Market Center area. Since 2011 our crew has been the people drivers call when a truck or trailer stops, and we’ve built our road service around the failures we see most.
We keep the job simple. You tell us where you are and what it’s doing, we tell you whether it’s a roadside fix, and we get to work.

Abs went out and after going to TA and Loves they could not fix the issue. BAWAs came in clutch. Got me back on the road. Turning tires, and making money.

FAQ
Roadside Repair Questions, Answered
What can you fix on the roadside?
Tire repair and replacement, wheel-end and hub work, air brake and air line repairs, suspension fixes, mobile computer diagnostics, DEF, DPF and SCR troubleshooting, cooling and belt repairs, fuel system priming, jump-starts, alternator and starter replacement, trailer lighting and 7-way plug repair, trailer door and landing gear repairs, fuel delivery and cab lockouts.
Do you provide towing?
No, we don’t provide towing. We bring the repair to you, and if a truck or trailer does have to be towed, we can help with towing prep, such as pulling axle shafts or chaining up a damaged suspension.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and what else is on the schedule, so we won’t promise a number we can’t keep. Call +1 (214) 400-4228, tell us your location and the problem, and we’ll give you an honest answer on timing.
What should I tell you when I call?
Your location (mile marker or cross streets help), the truck or trailer and what it’s doing, any warning lights or codes, and whether it’s loaded. The clearer the picture, the faster we can bring the right parts.
My truck won’t start. Can you help?
Often, yes. A dead battery, a bad starter or alternator, or a fuel problem can usually be diagnosed and fixed on site, including jump-starts and starter or alternator replacement. If it turns out to need the shop, we’ll tell you before we start.
I have a flat or a blown tire on a trailer. Can you come out?
Yes. Roadside tire repair and replacement is one of the most common calls we get, for both tractors and trailers. Tell us the tire size if you know it.
What if the repair can’t be done on the roadside?
We’ll say so up front. Some jobs, like major welding or suspension work, are better done in our bay at 4700 Irving Blvd #200 in Dallas. If a tow is needed, we can help with towing prep, though we don’t tow.
How much does roadside repair cost?
It depends on the problem, the parts and the labor, so we’ll give you a clear estimate before work starts, not a surprise afterward. Call with the details and we’ll tell you what to expect.
Which Dallas–Fort Worth areas do you serve?
Our shop is in Dallas, and we serve Irving, Fort Worth, Arlington, Garland, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, Plano, Carrollton, Lancaster and the surrounding DFW area. Call with your location and we’ll tell you what we can do.
What are your hours?
We’re open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and closed Sunday. For anything outside those hours, call +1 (214) 400-4228 and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
