FAQ

Fleet Maintenance Questions, Answered

What does fleet maintenance include?

A regular inspection routine plus the repairs it turns up: brakes and air systems, tires and wheel ends, suspension, lights and wiring, belts, hoses and filters, and diagnostics for warning lights. We tell you what needs attention now and what can wait.

Do you work with small fleets and owner-operators?

Yes. We service everything from a single owner-operator truck to a full commercial fleet. You get the same attention and the same straight pricing either way.

How does preventive maintenance save money?

Catching a worn slack adjuster, a weeping air line or an uneven tire early costs far less than a roadside breakdown, a missed load or a failed inspection. Preventive checks turn surprise repairs into planned ones.

Can you work on both trucks and trailers?

Yes. Tractors, and trailers of every type: dry vans, flatbeds, tankers, dump trailers, car haulers, container chassis and more.

Can you help with DOT inspection repairs?

We repair the common defect items, such as lights, brakes, air lines, tires and suspension components. Commercial vehicles are generally required to have a periodic inspection at least every 12 months, and drivers are expected to check their equipment before driving.

Do you offer road service for fleet units?

Yes. Many problems, such as tires, air lines, electrical faults and trailer lights, can be fixed where the unit is parked. We don’t provide towing, but we can help with towing prep.

How do I set up service for my fleet?

Call +1 (214) 400-4228, tell us how many units you run and what they haul, and we’ll talk through what makes sense. There’s no pressure and no paperwork to start.

Can I leave units with you overnight?

Overnight parking is available, so call ahead and we’ll confirm space. We also offer cross dock and load delivery.

Which Dallas–Fort Worth areas do you serve?

Our shop is in Dallas, and we serve Irving, Fort Worth, Arlington, Garland, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, Plano, Carrollton, Lancaster and the surrounding DFW area. Call with your location and we’ll tell you what we can do.

What are your hours?

We’re open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and closed Sunday. For anything outside those hours, call +1 (214) 400-4228 and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
